Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. The only hotel in Andorra with its own ski slopes reopens its doors, after a renovation process, by Serras Collection, to make it the best 5 * GL in Andorra.
The rooms at Serras Andorra are designed with your well-being in mind, our 57 rooms and suites are very spacious and bright. Most rooms have mountain views and have a balcony or terrace.
You will be able to enjoy the gastronomy of our chef, with Michelin Star, Marc Gascons in all the spaces of the hotel. Served in the restaurant with spectacular views of Grandvalira, in the Lounge Bar or on the terrace, always with the highest quality products.
The hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Pas de La Casa and from Andorra La Vella. The town of Canillo is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the Serras Andorra. In winter months, free transport is provided to Grandvalira Ski Resort, and in summer to the main starting points for hiking trails.

During the high season period from 26th December 2023 – 4th January 2024 we require 100% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking. From 2nd February 2024 to 2nd March 2024, we require 50% deposit prepayment in advance upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation.
The New Years Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for all guests staying on 31 December, prices are not included in the accommodation. Reservations Team will contact you in order to book.
